I just know that my album “Key of Dreams” was nominated for 2012 "Classical / Modern Classical" Album of the Year by Solopiano.com. So happy and proud! :-))))))

First good news in this year – my last album « Key of Dreams » in “the top 26 from 122” list of Favorite albums for 2012 on mainlypiano.com by Kathy Parsons. This is a very good beginning! Enormous inspiration! Really appreciated!

For four consecutive months Galya’s CD “If Only…” stays in TOP 10 Classical albums on KKBOX Music Billboard charts! With the 2nd place as the highest result! Along with such famous musicians as Yundi Li, Yo Yo Ma, Sarah Brightman and Hayley Westenra.

Galya signed a new license agreement with Jingo Records (Taiwan). The first CD « If Only… » released May 15, 2012.

Jingo Records is one of the biggest and oldest record companies in Taiwan, with over 30 years of producing, licensing and distributing Classical, Jazz and New Age music on the Asia markets. Galya excited to join Jingo Records family! More news to come!

Key of Dreams is the exciting follow-up to Galya’s debut, If Only, one of my favorite albums of 2010. Ukrainian by birth, conservatory-trained and the winner of international piano competitions, Galya has made her home in France for the past several years. Her stunning mastery of the piano gives her the freedom to express anything she wants with effortless grace and an elegant touch. The twelve piano solos on the album convey a wide range of emotions and experiences that are easy to relate to despite the complexity of the music. This music is definitely not intended for creating an atmospheric background - it needs and deserves to be listened to, savored, and gotten lost in. I have no doubt that this will be one of my favorite albums of 2012.
